Mike Boyes

Mike is an urban trained registered valuer with more than 45 years' valuation experience.  He has been a valuer in the Eastern Bay of Plenty since 1981.  Mike undertakes all forms of urban vaulation work, specialising in commercial, industrial and residential valuation work. 

Mike lives at Ohope Beach, and enjoys longline fishing from a kayak in his spare time.

Nigel Tucker

Nigel is an urban trained valuer with over 12 years valuation experience.  He has a wide range of experience including residential and lifestyle properties, but has specialised in the valuation of commercial and industrial  property, including valuations for market, mortgage, rental, financial reporting, insurance and compensation purposes. 

Nigel lives at Ohope Beach and enjoys fishing, kayaking, mountain biking, and walking.

Mark McKay

Mark is an urban trained registered valuer with a rural background.  While the majority of Mark's 12 years' valuation experience has come from working in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, he has recenlty spent time carrying out valuations for the Earthquake Commission over a broader geographical area.  Mark specialises in residential, lifestyle & rural valuations.

Mark lives on a lifestlye block at Awakeri, and enjoys all types of fishing.

Rachelle Dabb

Rachelle is Boyes James McKay's Ofice and Accounts Administrator, and has been part of the team for ten years.

Orginally from Eastern Bay of Plenty, Rachelle returned to the area after a number of years in Auckland.  She loves the Eastern Bay lifestyle, and particularly enjoys days at the beach with her children.

Wendy Ormiston

Wendy completes the Boyes James McKay team.  She has worked alongside Rachelle as Office Administrator for several years.

Wendy moved to the Eastern Bay from South Africa with her family in 2002.  In her spare time she enjoys travel, biking, and relaxing with friends and family.
